A key objective of this research is to confirm the Country of Origin and compliance with the Buy American Act (BAA) or Trade Agreements Act (TAA) as applicable. Item FSIS-98: Cooling Hat Liner Item FSIS-98A: Evaporative Cooling Hard Hat Brow Pad Item FSIS-99: Evaporative Cooling Hard Hat Pad Item FSIS-100: Evaporative Cooling Bandana Item FSIS-101: Miracool Tie Hat (or equivalent) 3. Information Requested from Industry Interested parties are requested to provide a brief capability statement and complete the following Vendor Product Profile for each item they can provide: Vendor Name: UEI Number / CAGE Code: Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone, Email): Business Size Standard: (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, WOSB, HubZone, Large) Country of Origin Confirmation: [Specify Country] American-Made Availability: Does this item meet Buy American Act (BAA) requirements (Yes/No)? Lead Times: Average delivery time after receipt of order. Technical Specifications: Attach product data sheets or brochures if available. 4.
