## Description

The USDA, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to Automated Logic Corporation at 1150 Roberts Blvd NW Kennesaw, GA 30144. FSIS seeks to establish a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to procure a pressure monitoring system and installation. Automated Logic will provide and install a dual Detra Lite pressure monitor at FSIS Eastern Laboratory located in Athens, GA.

Automated Logic will provide all necessary hardware, software, project management, engineering, programming, graphics, installation, point-to-point, startup/checkout, training, and warranty for a complete, turnkey system. Automated Logic – Georgia installs and services the current Automated Logic Temperature Controls/Energy Management System that currently controls, monitors and reports temperature and energy usage for existing USDA facility in Athens.

These services, training and product repair/support can only be provided through Automated Logic - Georgia for the USDA Athens facility. “WebCTRL” is the front-end software of the Automated Logic System, an automatic building control and energy management technology.

The Contractor shall provide: Hardware Design Engineering, Programming, Graphics Project Management and Field Engineering Installation This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet all the requirements.

All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication will be considered by the Government if received by the posting deadline of this notification. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements shall be submitted by e-mail as a Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, or Adobe PDF attachment to angela.carey@usda.gov.
