A sole source award to Equator Corporation is being considered because to the best of USDA FSIS knowledge, it is the only responsible source who can offer lab instrument segmentation providing complete isolation between lab instruments, which are not patched and do not meet vulnerability mitigation requirements, and the USDA FSIS production network. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it can meet the described USDA FSIS lab instrument segmentation requirements may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 12 Noon EST on February 28, 2024. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email at dwight.hill@usda.gov not later than the time and date noted above. Telephone calls and messages will not be accepted. Finally, the determination by the Government whether or not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
