This action is necessary because the USDA Forest Service requires specialized Teledyne ISCO Model 6712 stormwater sampling and flow-monitoring system components that must be fully compatible and interchangeable with existing ISCO systems presently installed and in use by the Forest Service. The equipment is required to monitor and collect stormwater from road test sections and must integrate with existing flow-monitoring and sampling equipment without requiring new information technology, data management systems, or replacement of existing components. The proposed contractor is: Accutech Instrumentation 3885 St. John’s Parkway Sanford, FL 32771 UEI: X8S1PNU9RFL3 All responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s minimum requirements. Any timely response received shall be considered by the agency in determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition or proceed with restricted competition.
