## Description

Requirement includes all work necessary to improve the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems to comply with OSHA, FAA and Fire Code requirements. The work as generally outlined below shall include, but not be limited to:

a. Replace the existing fire detection/alarm system components in the ATCT.

b. Preparation of documentation describing as-built configuration and operation and maintenance of systems and equipment and warranty of the work.

Amendment 0001 - Post the SIR document to SAM.gov Amendment 0002 - Change the site visit date from 10-11 December 2024 to 17-18 December 2024. The site visit will take place at 08:00am.

Amendment 0003 - Clarify that FAA is seeking fire alarm replacement (not elevator modernization) projects IAW Section M for past performance Amendment 0004 - Extend the RFP due date to 02/07/25 Amendment 0005 - Provide Updated Q&A and updated PPQ form Amendment 0006 - Update drawings
