The government will evaluate 'equal' items on the basis of information furnished by the Vendor or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the government. The government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. The government will only accept offers for the same brand names for each item listed in this solicitation. Any offer that mixes brand names will not be accepted or evaluated for award. Set-Aside Requirement This solicitation is set aside for small business in the open market. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Special Delivery/Installation Instructions Delivery must be made NLT 8 July 2024. The offeror must provide within its offer the estimated delivery date or the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Delivery Address: FLETC ATTN: Lynn Rock 1131 CHAPEL CROSSING ROAD BUILDING 217 BRUNSWICK, GA, 31524 Shipping Condition Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CON US (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Equipment Condition New Equipment ONLY; No remanufactured or \"gray market\" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Evaluation for Award - (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)) The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical acceptance, and delivery of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. Technical Evaluation will be performed on all alternative end products and delivery. Offeror must present a line-by-line comparison of alternative products using manufacturer name, model/part number, and salient features for all alternative end products. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, offerors must meet all the requirements provided in the solicitation to include, but not limited to, the end-product offered and delivery.
