## Description

The Government has a requirement for Architect and Engineering services. The work includes the following:

Contractor shall provide all design, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to Provide 35% Design services for the repair of Dormitory Facility 435, Design and construction shall adhere to Air Force Whole Building Design Guide, Dover Air Force Base Installation Facility Standard (IFS) and DAFB Local MILCON and SRM Design Guide and all applicable codes. The project location is Chevron Street, Dover AFB 19902, Kent County Delaware.
