## Description

At Building 486, the Contractor will remove the existing 10-Ton package unit that feeds the weight room and install a new 5-Ton package unit at a new location. Demo existing exterior duct, 10 ton unit and concrete pad. Relocate existing electrical disconnect. Repair ductwork penetration and install new concrete pad.
