The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is issuing this Sources Sought to conduct market research and receive feedback from industry to assist in determining the procurement strategy and identify businesses who possess the capability to support FEMA’s lodging assistance program as described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
