## Description

The United States Government is seeking interest in leasing approximately 25,000 ANSI/BOMA rentable area square feet (rsf) of office and related space with no more than 15% common area factor (CAF) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The commencement of lease is to be no later than June 2025 with a firm term of 5 years. Information obtained from those submitting interest in leasing a facility to the Government will be used in the drafting of the request for lease proposal.
