## Description

This Request for Proposals is issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Legal Division. This RFP solicits proposals from all interested and capable cloud-based data-hosting eDiscovery companies to serve as the FDIC’s primary eDiscovery vendor(s) for up to a 5-year ordering period. See attached RFP, the most recent version of which is RFP Amendment 002, released May 23, 2024 and which includes an updated price workbook, updated BOA, updated SOO, and answers to vendor questions.
