This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The FDA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned. A formal solicitation may or may not be issued as a result of this RFI. Any solicitation issued will be posted on SAM.gov.
