We encourage all vendors who can meet the requirement to submit a bid. 4. Shredding services does not need to be rendered daily. Shredding services are needed at each location once every two months. ii. There is enough flexibility in the requirement to facilitate a shred schedule that has pickups for each location on different days. The primary need is for shred bins to be collected once every two months. The exact pickup days can be coordinated with the assigned COR on the contract and/or a provided local point of contact.
