As provided in the document that was received from the original manufacturer Nikon Metrology. Nikon Metrology is the sole supplier of the proprietary software upgrades/updates to the software required to operate the equipment and reconstruct the image data. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement.
