## Description

AMENDMENT 4 The purpose of amendment 4 is to:

1) Provide an updated RFQ attachment and a new attachment 1.

2) Extend the quote due date.

3) Site Visit - A site visit is being offered for this solicitation at the date and time indicated below and in the updated RFQ attachment. Quoters shall provide the list of attendees to Nina.Montgomery@fda.hhs.gov and Michelle.Dacanay@fda.hhs.gov by the due date and time indicated. The list must provide an email address and phone number for each attendee. The quoter must indicate if any of the attendees are foreign nationals.

**Attendee List Due Date/Time:** March 11, 2024 by 4:00 PM Eastern Time Site Visit Date/Time: March 15, 2024 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time Location: Irvine Human and Animal Food Laboratory U.S. Food and Drug Administration 19701 Fairchild Rd. Irvine, CA 92612 Please refer to https://www.fda.gov/about-fda/visitor-information/campus-access-and-security webpage for information on campus access and security. The site visit will begin promptly at the time indicated. It is the responsibility of attendees to allow adequate time for parking and processing thru security. The FDA recommends attendees allow for a minimum of 15 minutes to clear security at the entrance.

All visitors must present a government-issued photo-identification after security screening. Green-card holders must present their Permanent Resident Card (green card). Visitors who are not U.S. citizens must present a valid passport. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

AMENDMENT 2 The purpose of amendment 2 is to:

1) Provide an amended solictiation document in response to a question received - Scope amended under section Leased Bulk Nitrogen Tank. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of amendment 1 is to:

1) Provide an amended solictiation document in response to a question received.

2) Correct the set aside on the SAM posting; this solicitation is for full and open competition. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

The Food and Drug Administration has a requirement for a Bulk Liquid Gas Storage System and regular delivery of liquid nitrogen for the high volume and steady supply of liquid nitrogen gas necessary for instrumentation use and analysis of regulatory samples.
