SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. This is a new requirement for janitorial services at the Tucson CMOP. Following FAR 8.002 Priorities for Use of Mandatory Government Sources, and 8.703 Procurement List, this requirement will be a sole source to Beacon Group, Inc., an AbilityOne vendor.
