## Description

This Special Notice is to inform potential offerors that the Government is considering unrestricting this requirement to full and open competition, initially a Small Business Set-Aside. It is requested that offerors provide their response and capabilities statement to this synopsis no later than 10 October 2024, at 2:00 PM CST. In the event that interest is received, the solicitation will be re-opened to Large and Small Business firms for additional submissions.
