## Description

Operation, Sustainment and Enhancements of Global Force Management (GFM), Defense Intelligence Organizational Server (DIOS) Description posted on SAM.gov for Notice to Extend Support Services for the Under Secretary of Defense, Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)), Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations, it is a synopsis notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a).

Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) intends to award a sole source contract extension under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 “only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” to continue a portion service performed under contract HQ0034-19-P-0029, to the incumbent Contractor, InnovaSystems International, LLC. [CAGE Code: 1CFP5, 2385 Northside Dr., STE 3010, San Diego, CA 92108].

The current contract period of performance expires June 16, 2024, and the Government will extend the current contract for a 3-month period of performance from June 17, 2024, through September 16, 2024. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and 6.302-1(a)(2) (iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

For DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, services may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.

The contract extension is intended to meet OUSD I&S requirement to provide sustainment and enhancements of the defense intelligence organizational server for the Human Capital Management Office (HCMO). The follow-on requirement is currently in the market research and acquisition planning phase with an anticipated award date of September 2024. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls and requests for meetings will not be accepted.
