ITEM 0001: Remanufacture of Servo cylinder, 5 Year IDIQ Min/Max Contract; NSN: 1650-01-008-7314 P/N 010-63089-9; Min5/Max40. ITEM 0002: Over and Above ITEM 0003: Data (Not Separately Priced) Function: pitch trim controller of the PRCA. Dimensions: 16” h x 14” w x 14” l and weighs 17 lbs. Material: Steel, Aluminum, Rubber, Electrical Wiring, and Teflon Delivery: 1ea every 45 days ARO, then 2ea every 30 days thereafter; funded order and assets for each line item. Early delivery is acceptable. Ship To: Shipping instructions will be provided on the solicitation/orders. Duration of Contract Period: 5 Years Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. For qualification information/source approval requests contact the Source Development Office, OC-ALC/SB (405) 739-7243. Award will be based on meeting our requirements and cannot be delayed pending qualification of additional sources. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from approve sources. Set-aside: N/A The Government intends to issue solicitation on or about 28 February 2025 with a closing response date of 28 March 2025 and estimated award date of on or about 19 August 2025.
