## Description

**NOTICE:** This is not a solicitation but rathera Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately July 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small busi-nesses. This will be Sole Source to Rockwell Collins;
