All submissions shall include the solicitation number 70LGLY24QGLB00059, in the subject line of the e-mail. Offerors shall submit an electronic copy of the following:

1) A COMPLETED STANDARD FORM 1449 2) PROVIDE FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons compliance statement. 3) COMPLETE BLOCK OF THE 3052.209-70 Prohibition on contracts with corporate expatriates. (JUN 2006). 4) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ANY AMENDMENTS If all of the above items are not submitted, it may result in not being considered for an award.
