## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT:** The 9th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award to only one source (MCS of Tampa.) under the authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). Please see attached Single Source Justification.

**General Scope:** Beale Air Force base currently uses the Unify OpenScape Command and Control (C2) dispatch system for telephone and radio communications. This requirement is for the purchase of a 4 year service contract that will provide hardware and software maintenance to the proprietary OpenScape voice hosting system that will be located at two separate buildings, allowing 24/7 services from each location.
