## Description

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has recently issued Future Business Opportunity (FBO) 23LQS005 for a competition for an Off-the-Shelf Uncrewed Aerial System (UAS) in the category Nano-Micro, ? 2.5 Kg. Prior to issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP), NSPA will hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference in order to brief potential bidders about NSPA needs for this specific project. The pre-solicitation conference is open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with current production capacity.

The Pre-Solicitation Response form is attached. Do NOT submit the Pre-Solicitation Response form to the Department of Commerce. Submission instructions are included in the attachment. The Conference will take place at NSPA / 11 Rue de la Gare L-8325 Capellen / Luxembourg. The Conference will take place on 21 March 2024 from 8.00 to 12.00 Luxembourg Time. Due to the short notice and limited seats in the conference room, a link will be also provided for remote connection to the conference.

When submitting your Pre-Solicitation Response form, be sure to specify if you need to connect to the conference remotely. All the potential bidders willing to participate should return the Pre-Solicitation Form NLT than 19 March 2024 at 12:00 pm Luxembourg Time. Attendance at the conference is highly recommended but not mandatory for participation in the bidding. All firms doing business with NSPA must be register in the NSPA Source File.

If NSPA specifies that a DOE will be required for bidding on this project, the Department of Commerce will announce the DOE requirement on SAM.gov.
