The US Government may award the order, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant order will be a fixed priced type order/contract. This solicitation will also be issued on the U.S. Embassy website. This solicitation was re-issued and the due date for proposals/quotations has been extended to September 13, 2024 (17h00 Namibian Time).
