A reduction in authorized missile complex vehicle operators may pose a mission-critical risk to nuclear security. This conversion and installation is essential to ensure the 341st Missile Wing can properly maintain nuclear missile systems, a critical component of the base's overall strategic mission. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
