## Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source contract action to extend and increase a FirmFixed-Price (FFP) Provisioned Item Order (PIO) Spare Contract Line Item (CLIN) to procure additional TB-29C Towed Array spare parts and spare modules. This modification increases the PIO ceiling on the current TB-29 Production Contract N00024-16-C-6251.

The period of performance for this effort is potentially two years from FY 2024 through 2025. This action will modify the N00024-16-C-6251 contract and will be awarded on a sole-source basis to L3 Technologies in Millersville, MD.

L3 Technologies is the only source capable of providing the required capability with key technical parameters of backwards compatibility to baseline shipboard Towed Array interfaces, module- and component-level compatibility, interchangeability, and parts for material compatibility for depot use without causing delays to Array production and deployment.
