## Description

SSHINE RFP AMENDMENT 4 The RFP has been amended to remove or edit solicitation provisions and contract clauses in accordance with Class Deviation 2025-O0003 and the Contracting Officer's determination; Delete section L-5.6.5 and add a note to section L-5.6.2.1 and 5.6.7.4.5 in Attachment 14-Section L - Instructions to Offerors Rev. 2, dated 5 March 25. Proposal due date remains 17 March 2025, 1PM Mountain Time.

SSHINE RFP AMENDMENT 3 The RFP has been amended to correct clerical errors within attachment 6 - SSHINE SOW TO 02 RVEN Rev. 3 Dated 27 Feb 25.

FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (This posting supersedes the draft RFP posting-Notice ID: FA9453-25-R-X002) Space Systems and Hardwarde Integration for Novel Experiments (SSHINE) RFP No. FA9453-25-R-X002 The objective of this requirement is to provide required research, engineering, and technical management for performing space technology analysis, development, integration, experimentation, demonstration, and evaluation in support of the AFRL/RVE mission.

The contractor shall perform work supporting the development of space technology, and functional areas defined in the basic contract Statement of Work. The Request for Proposal includes 15 attachments.
