\n\nKirtland AFB will be hosting a site visit at the Kirtland Aquatic Center, Bldg. 20229 Pennsylvania Ave SE, KAFB, NM on Tuesday 15 September at 1400 MDT. We are not requiring an RSVP but we will be starting promptly at 1415 to allow time for traffic and some flexibilities. Please be advised that you will need base access. \n\nThe 377th Force Support Squadron has a critical ongoing requirement for non-personal lifeguard and aquatic management
\nservices at the Kirtland Air Force Base 100-meter indoor swimming pool. The organization explicitly needs one dedicated on-site
\nAquatics Manager and a minimum of three lifeguards per operational session. This is staffing model is required to safely operate
\nthe facility and to maintain strict compliance with Air Force safety and health regulations, specifically DAFI 34-101 and DAFMAN
\n48-143 (Environmental Health Program Management). Per DAFMAN 48-143, para 2.10.3, the facility must implement the CDC's
\nModel Aquatic Health Code and Healthy Swimming standards.

\n\nThe purpose of this amendment is to:
\n\n1) Add answers to the additional questions received to Q&A attachment
\n\n2) Extend the RFP due date. The due date for responses will now be 23 Sept as 1400 MDT.
\n\n3) Change Period of Performance start date to adjust PoP.
\n\n4) Change PoP for all dates to adjust for new start date.
\n\n5) Add FAR 52.232-18 Limitation of Government Funding
\n\nIn accordance with DAF Contracting Compass Part 32, section Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
