The 377 MSG/PKA at Kirtland Air Force Base seeks sources to provide a recirculating vertical wind tunnel for military personnel to conduct wind tunnel training and instruction. Additionally, classroom facilities shall be provided to accommodate fifteen (15) students. 377 MSG/PKA anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). NAICS code is anticipated to be 611699 – All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, size standard $16.5M. **2. INSTRUCTIONS:** All businesses capable of providing Vertical Wind Tunnel are invited to respond electronically.
