## Description

This project involves the design and construction services to repair the roof of Building 0001 at Kirtland Air Force Base, located at 3825 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque NM, 87107. The primary objective is to upgrade the existing roof to meet Kirtland AFB standards, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. This project will follow a Design/Build (D/B) Statement of Work (SOW), necessitating collaboration between the General Contractor and licensed design professionals.

Successfully completing this project will significantly enhance both the roofing integrity and operational capabilities of Building 0001 at Kirtland AFB. The disclosure of magnitude of this construction project is between$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Please refer to the SOW for more details. PLEASE SEE AMENDMENT 0002 FOR UPDATES.
