The place of performance will be at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. A Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on 5 September 2024 to better help with understanding this requirement and aiding contractors with their quote. The location of the Site Visit and meet point will be at: AFRCO-FSU, 5050 Randolph Av (Bldg. 1025), Kirtland AFB, NM.
