## Description

**UPDATE:** Q & A FROM SITE VISIT HAS BEEN ATTACHED

**UPDATE:** SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME HAVE BEEN ADDED AS ATTACHMENT

This is a new requirement. The Contractor shall perform wash services for 58th Special Operations Wing (SOW) Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), New Mexico aircraft hangar floors and door track areas to remove bird droppings.

The Contractor, with exception of Government furnished items and services listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform these functions, in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified within the PWS. The Contractor shall provide services that are consistent with practices in the commercial marketplace along with Government-required procedures for wash services.

The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and base environmental regulations, as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) requirements.
