The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. NAICS code is anticipated to be 238110, size standard $19 Million. The project consists of the design and construction of a new trailer storage pad on Kirtland AFB. The project is in a controlled area. The new trailer storage pad will be a 100 ft x 100 ft concrete pad for storing up to eight (8) small trailers. 2. INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing D/B construction services on concreate construction are invited to respond electronically.
