The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 12.201-1. The intended source is Aeronix, Inc. The requirement is to acquire Aeronix’s Tactical Data Link Studios (TDLS) software and maintenance of WinIDM. The vendor shall provide Tactical Data Link Studios (TDLS) software and maintenance and maintenance of WinIDM.
