This a follow-on contract to FA930419D0001. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for engineering and ancillary services with an anticipated award date of or on before 01 February 2026. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This authority is supported by an approved sole source justification letter. The applicable NAICS code is 54512 and the size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $34M. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.
