TmNS MDL Authoring & Editing Toolkit 1.0 with support for MDL v1.0 and v1.2 (Software). 2. Enhanced Query Data Recorder (EQDR) 3.0 with integrated Next Generation Airborne Processor (NGAP) (Hardware). There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement.
