Information Requested from Interested Parties Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to provide the specified part. The statement should include, at a minimum, the following information: Company Information: Company Name and Address Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov CAGE Code Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone) Authorization Status: Evidence of being an authorized reseller or distributor for Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions.
