## Description

Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award for local area telecommunication services (LTS) Arnold Air Force Base (AAFB) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (24/7/365). LTS includes:

Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interfaces (PRIs) local access, local exchange trunks, transport channels, point-to-point circuits, commercial business lines and features, Internet services, direct inward dial directory numbers and number portability, local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier.

The existing Private Branch Exchange (PBX)/time-division multiplexing (TDM) CS1000 switch shall concurrently operate while transitioning to a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking system. The Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) shall support and be compatible with Avaya, LLC brand Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) software and equipment - in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is a base period of five years, for a total performance period of five years.
