## Description

AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Control Center, Inc. (CAGE: 0AVJ1), as authorized under the statutory authority found in the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. § 637(e)), for the procurement of brand name Grayloc pipe fittings needed to support contract FA910124PB095.

As stipulated at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not intended to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold, the contracting officer may solicit from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
