Based on preliminary market research efforts, the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source, PCB Piezotronics of North Carolina, Inc., is reasonably available to meet the subject requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 1:00 PM Central Time on 9 September 2024. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
