## Description

The Air Force Test Center, Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN has concluded their market research, which has indicated that Global Grab Technologies, Inc. is the only vendor that is able to refurbish and re-install the current UVIS that meets the required specifications. Arnold AFB intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purchase order shall be awarded to small business:
