This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for special test equipment to support Power and Thermal Management turbine testing to be designed, fabricated, and installed in three, separate test cells located on Arnold AFB in TN IAW Attachment 1 – DRAFT Statement of Objectives.
