See attached memorandum for offerors, dated 09 May 2024 (Solicitation FA8811-24-R-B003, Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) for Space Systems Command (SSC) Assured Access to Space (AATS) SAFS 2.1 Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS)). Amendment FA8811-24-R-B003-0001 included the following changes:

**Memorandum for Offerors:** a) revised paragraph 5 to correct effective award date, and b) revised paragraph 6 to correct typographical error Attachment 1 – Model Task Order: revised CLINs to remove FSS item number Attachment 4 – Instructions to Offerors: revised paragraph 4.2 b to allow 10 pt font This amendment, FA8811-24-R-B003-0002, includes the following changes: An editable version of Attachment 3 – DD254 is uploaded and replaces the previous version.
