The required Command PE Premium License renewals are only offered to the Government by Slitherine Corporation in the U.S. This software contains technical and non-technical information and data of a confidential nature, including trade secrets and proprietary information, techniques, models, inventions, know-how, processes, algorithms, firmware, mask works, software programs, software source documents, formulae, and databases related to the current, future, and proposed products and services. This information includes, but is not limited to, research, experimental work, development, design details, specifications, and engineering, all of which are the property of Slitherine Corporation. These licenses also allow the manipulation for our specific needs and requirements for the research being conducted. This is a notice of proposed contract action and not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
