## Description

This contract will meet the requirement to sustain simulation training environments for both AOC Operators and Administrators. This consolidated performance-based contract would be intended to provide life-cycle management services for both AOC ACTT and C2WSPTT; this includes sustainment (in garrison and on site at each unit), helpdesk, training, and support. The consolidated contract will provide realistic training for AOC Operators and Administrators without affecting the live operational environment.

The effort will also include software changes and problem fixes to the baseline. The Contractor will be responsible for updating all active ACTT locations for system and network administrators. The Contractor will also provide installation, training, and exercise support of C2WSPTT to meet Government requirements.

The Contractor will continuously maintain the systems in accordance with Cyber Security (CS) requirements to remain compliant with the Air Force (AF) Command and Control (C2) infrastructure, as well as the current AOC weapon system. The Contractor will field, install, and train users to operate and maintain the systems as required at the AOC sites. The Contractor will continue to provide in-house capability to train locally on all active baselines, as fielded to AOC units. For more information please see full redacted justification.
