## Description

Kessel Run will use this vehicle to pursue innovative approaches to product and service offerings in the Software and DevSecOps realm. This announcement will establish the umbrella CSO and serve as a foundation for the program with focused Areas of Interest and Submission Instructions to come later as specific requirements arise.
