This is the second Request for Information (RFI) for Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) 79 for Engineering, Administrative, and Professional Support Services (EPASS) in support of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Armament Directorate (EB). It includes the Evaluation Criteria, Instruction to Offerors, and the self-scoring matrix, as well as questions related to consolidation, sample amounts, and page limits.
