## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The Rapid Sustainment Office intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to EXPANSIA GROUP LLC for continue development of SEEKR and incorporate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities to the C-5 SPO with integrations into Always Guaranteeing Operationally Ready Aircraft (AGORA). The anticipated period of performance is 12 months.

There is an anticipated 18-month option for AI/ML incorporation, leveraging the C-5 platform to the previously existing platforms within SEEKR, and on-board new platforms to include AI/ML capabilities with integration into AGORA. The anticipated award for this potential effort is August 2024. This notice is not a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award (or awards), or be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties prior to award of a contract for the effort described above.

Information provided herein is subject to change. A solicitation will not be posted. Based on previous market research conducted, the Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interest in this proposed action is to be received no later than 15 calendar days from the posting date of this notice to SAM.gov.
