Our goal is to gather industry feedback on the technical approach, performance standards, staffing profiles, assumptions, and risk-mitigation strategies before finalizing the PWS. Background and Objectives The Department currently manages IT administration in several stovepiped offices, leading to inconsistent processes, redundant tools, and staffing inefficiencies. We intend to consolidate all network, system, endpoint, database, and application administration under a unified governance model. This consolidation aims to improve service delivery, reduce total cost of ownership, and strengthen security posture.
