For shipping, the material will be sealed in an airtight, conductive plastic container and placed inside an inner liner. Trained personnel in explosive handling are required. Nitrile gloves should be worn if material needs to be handled outside the container due to chemical contamination. The material is a liquid explosive that absorbs moisture from the air. Certificate of Conformance (CoC) and Certificate of Analysis (CoA): 3M will certify only to the standard 3M manufacturing specification.
